Meet the Staff
Our Dental Assistants
Gina & Karla both graduated as a Dental Assistants from Central Coast School of Continuing Education, having successfully acquired satisfactory skills in chair-side procedures, intra-oral radiographic procedures and business office duties. Both received a Dental Radiation Certificate (for taking X rays also known as radiographs) approved by the Dental Board of California.
Gina
I was raised on the Central Coast and raised my four beautiful children here. Wanting to find a new and exciting career, I decided to fulfill my dream of public health care and help others with their oral care. My daughter and I graduated from the California School of Continuing Education in 2014 as Dental Assistants and I’ve been blessed to find my awesome work family here at Drs. Guittard &Dr. Sierra’s office for 5 years. I enjoy working with such a fantastic and compassionate team that love dentistry and educating our patients as much as I do.
Karla
I started as a intern for Drs. Guittard and Dr.Sierra’s office and soon became part of the team. I enjoy working in a office where all of the staff have the same goal of providing the highest level of care for our patients. I look forward to creating a family like environment for all of our patients and I invite you to come by the office and visit our wonderful staff.
Our Hygienist

I am a Central Coast native. I received my dental hygiene degree from Cerritos Community College and have been practicing hygiene since 2012. I enjoy all aspects of dental hygiene. One of my professional passions is patient education. I love helping people when it comes to keeping your teeth and gums healthy. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, and reading.
Our Office Manager

I have lived on the central coast for 35 years and feel very blessed to be a part of this special community. My two children are graduates of Atascadero High School and love coming home to visit this little community.
I have been in dentistry for over 25 years and still love my career choice. I find it very rewarding to help make beautiful, functional smiles for our patients, while contributing to their dental knowledge. I truly appreciate each person that puts their trust in our Doctors and our caring Team.
When I’m not at the office scheduling your next appointment, I love spending time with my family and accomplishing home projects with my husband. I’m blessed to say that my mother will be 94 this year, and my grandson will soon be starting 1st grade.
I’m here to help answer questions about treatment you may need, and I always enjoy making a new friend!
